"If you’re looking for an insurance agent who genuinely cares about you and your family this is the best Agent. Shane and his staff have been extremely helpful in my most difficult situations of having so many car accidents. I’ve been rear ended 3 times and have been seriously injured. I also had ice come off a car and hit the front of my genesis after just buying it 2 days before. Not only did they walk me through what needs to happen but when I say extremely courteous and respectful. I have nothing but positive things to say about Shane and his crew. I’m not sure on where I would be if it hadn’t been for them. When you call your insurance company and within seconds will ask you have your doing and how’s the family and be able to name my family members without giving any information to them to identify yourself. It makes you feel good knowing that they have your best interests at heart. Please trust me when I say I will not change my insurance company for anything. The prices you just can’t beat as well. But to have that feeling of family, friends & trust to your agent is amazing. I’d like for anyone to sit back and say to yourself do they really know what is best for me and my family?
